4. Approval of the Minutes of the Last Meeting. Tuesday 13th October 2020.
5. Matters Arising.
6. Co-option of a Councillor.
7. Installation of dog bins along the A156. The Elms to Torksey Village.
8. Proposed meeting with Trent Valley Surgery. Report from Cllr Bridges.
• Letter from an elector. Member of the PPG.
9. Shredding of archived paperwork held in Kinvena store.
• Continue with unwanted documents from Clerk’s archive.
10. Parish Survey. Planning for the Hume Arms site.
• Delivery and Collection. How will this be done?
11. Cemetery: Increase in the cost of Grounds Maintenance.
a) Proposed. That Council approve the quotation for the 2021 – 2022 season
b) Proposed. That Council go to tender for the 2022 – 2023 season.
c) Purchase of extension to the Cemetery. Report Clerk.
12. St Peters Church. Help with distributing material throughout the Parish. Possible Grant.
13. Village Green:
a) Goal Posts on the village green.
• Siting of the Posts.
b) Grass Cutting 2021. Kinvena Homes Ltd. Mediation by West Lindsey District Council.
c) New Litter Bin for the Play Area.
• Method of emptying and moving waste to the Village Green gate at the surgery car park.
d) Monthly inspections of Village Green. Play Area. Report Cllr Scawthon.
e) Planting of an orchard on the village Green. Report Cllr Bridges.
f) Other Issues: Croquet Club. Storage of topsoil. Correspondence.
• Approval for the siting and storage of the new topsoil.
14. Highways Issues:
Issues for discussion. The surface of Sand Lane is deteriorating badly.
15. New Bus Shelter:
a) Forms from Lincolnshire County Council: Permission to erect a new shelter on the verge. Signed Agreement forms from LCC missing.
16. Traffic Calming:

a) Speed Reduction Torksey Lock/Torksey. Meeting with Fenton & Torksey Lock Councillors.
b) Restart CSW. Possible date for first survey.
17. Health and Safety:
a) Village Green.
• Willow Tree. Fenton Tree Surgery.
b) Cemetery. A large tree on the southern boundary of the cemetery is in need of attention.
c) Play Area.
