ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

  1. Nominations for Chairman.
  2. Election of Chairman.
  3. Signing of the Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
  4. Those Present.
  5. Apologies for Absence.
  6. Nominations for Vice Chairman.
  7. Election of Vice Chairman.

Resolution: That should the Chairman be absent, those Councillors present, and voting may elect a chairman for that meeting only.

  1. Changes to Councillors Declaration of Interest Forms.
  2. Approval of Standing Orders.
  3. Approval of Financial Regulations.
  4. Approval of the Code of Conduct.

 

ORDINARY MEETING

  1. Approval of the Minutes of the last Meeting held on Monday 4th April 2022.
  2. Matters arising from the Minutes of the last meeting and not included in this agenda.
  3. Amendments to the agenda by Resolution.
  4. Emergency Plan.
  5. Development of the Hume Arms site.
  6. Purchase of a storage unit for the Village Green.
  7. Information Kiosk.     Its use for the future
